The Casing Oscillator is specialized equipment designed for pile foundation drilling under complex or unstable ground conditions where borehole stability cannot be maintained by drilling slurry, or where strict ground settlement control is required to prevent disturbance to nearby structures.
The system operates by advancing a full-length steel casing throughout the drilling process, ensuring maximum borehole stability and safe, precise execution even in challenging geological environments. It is particularly suitable for urban construction, soft or heterogeneous soils, and sensitive engineering areas.
During operation, the casing follows the borehole to full depth. Depending on project requirements, either reusable temporary casing or permanent casing can be applied.
